Terry Lamb, shown here after cleverly culling the herd of the
very young, has hunted Idaho, Washington and Montana for an embarrassing amount exceeding a half a century. Brought up in
Glasgow Montana, he was raised on antelope, venison, elk, cottontails, sharptails and huns, but somehow could never swallow
a sage hen. He always maintained that eating his socks after a hard day of hiking the prickly pear would make a better meal. Somehow
he managed to graduate from Glasgow HighSchool ('66 if you must know) and thence marched onwardly to Gonzaga University, mostly
due to the fact that it was only 110 miles North of the most magnificent elk country in the Northwest he figgered. He killed
time in between hunts as a homebuilder, salesman, and realtor, finally retiring to the shores of North Idaho's magnificent
Lake Pend Oreille just in time for the total collapse of what had been one of the world's renowned fisheries.
After discovering a ScopeShieldtm owned by the rangemaster at the Sandpoint Idaho City rifle range
(you really must love Idaho, Sandpoint has no City golf course!) he was so impressed he tracked down
the inventor, Jon Stram, and joined in the business. ScopeShield Alaska now sells to the world's most serious hunters,
all around the globe. Though by nature very shy and certainly justifiably humble by any measure, Terry does admit to being
one of the planet's great elk hunters. He is constantly on the lookout for replacement hunting partners who are in superb
physical condition, hunt uphill, with finely fitted meat packing frames, all of which perfectly offsets a few of his minor
deficiencies.

An admittedly fuzzy photo of an also admittedly fuzzy group
- all of the principals of the ScopeShield Companies at elk camp. Though they normally prefer not to be publicly identified,
they are: Upper Left - Rick Hoggan, REH Outdoors, Upper Right - Dave Smith, NW ScopeShield, Lower Left - Terry Lamb, ScopeShield
Alaska, Lower Center, Jon Stram, inventor and owner of ScopeShield LLC, and Lower Right, Jack Green, ScopeShield Manufacturing.

Inventor Jon Stram began selling ScopeShieldtm riflescope covers
in 1996 after first cutting up some old hip waders to solve his own scope protection problems. The demand from friends, outfitters
and acquaintances led him to start his company, ScopeShield LLC, continually refining the product and manufacturing them himself,
first in Newburg, Oregon and then in Anchorage. Growth and the logistical challenges of manufacturing and shipping from Alaska
resulted in the establishment of ScopeShield manufacturing by Jack Green in Portland Oregon, where ScopeShield's are manufactured
today.
